The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of complaint No.40 dated 25.08.2009 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 506 of Indian Penal Code, titled as Veenu Vs. Bina etc. (Annexure P-1) and order dated 16.11.2011 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Rewari vide which the petitioners have been summoned to face trial under

Sections 323 and 506 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code and order dated 03.01.2012 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rewari vide which the revision petition of the petitioners against the order dated 16.11.2011 (Annexure P-2) was dismissed.
None appeared for the petitioners. Even on the last date of hearing, none had appeared for the petitioners.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
