The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of order dated 19.12.2007 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ferozepur Jhirka as well as order dated 13.09.2010 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nuh.
It has been contended by learned counsel for respondents no.2 and 3 that the impugned orders were passed on the application moved by respondents no.2 and 3 for granting interim maintenance and however, now the main petition has already been decided by learned trial court after considering evidence of both the parties and hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
Disposed of as rendered infructuous.
