The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.68 dated 4.7.2013 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 452, 323, 354, 427, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.
It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition as there are some typographical mistakes and he would file another one.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
