This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 50 dated 3.8.2011 under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC registered at Police Station Kahnuwan District Gurdaspur (Annexure P1).
The petitioner has been challaned after conducting the investigation. The allegation against the petitioner was that he had connived with one Darshan Singh who was holding the bank account of his father-Dalip Singh.
