Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Bhupinder
Singh has informed the Court that out of 14 prosecution witnesses, 9
have been examined. The recovery from the petitioner is 300 gms of
heroine, which is more than the commercial quantity.
No ground for grant of regular bail is made out.
Dismissed.
