The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.5 dated 09.01.2010 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 506 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 06.04.2010 (Annexure P-2), arrived between the parties.

It has been stated by learned counsel for respondent No.2 that no such compromise has taken place between the petitioner and respondent No.2.
