The present petition has been filed for regular bail under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no.97 dated 07.05.2011, under Sections 302/120B/34 IPC, registered at police station Jandiala Guru, District Amritsar.
It has been stated by learned counsel for respondent-State, on instruction from ASI Amandeep Singh, that evidence of prosecution has already been concluded and the case is fixed for final orders.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
