Petitioner sought directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action against respondents No. 4 to 7 and register a case for committing dacoity, destroying valuable articles with a malafide intention to dispossess the petitioner.
On notice, reply has been filed by S.P.Sub Division (Rural-I), Gurdaspur wherein it is stated that the matter has been enquired by SI Amrik Singh who found that the Kaur Rupinderpetitioner Harish Kumar has no concern with the land in 2013.08.27 17:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

question and he wants to take the possession of the land illegally and forcibly. He has neither any Iron Tin Khokha nor any of his material has been stolen. A false complaint has been filed with intention to grab the land of the private respondents. The petitioner has filed a suit for recovery of `1 lac with 18% interest regarding the alleged occurrence against the private respondents and a civil litigation is going between the parties. The enquiry report of SI Amrik Singh as well as of the deponent as DSP (R-I) Gurdaspur are Annexure R-1/T and R-2/T.
After going through the reply, no further orders are required to be passed.
The petition is disposed of.
