This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.33 dated 17.4.2013 registered under Sections 452/324/323/34 IPC at Police Station Begowal, District Kapurthala.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This Court, while issuing notice of motion on 15.5.2013 directed that in the event of arrest, petitioners would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR.
On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel informs that petitioner have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 15.5.2013 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Petition disposed of accordingly.
