Learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from the Investigating Officer, states that cancellation report has already been submitted on 6.5.2013 in the Court of learned ACJM, Nuh.
In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition. However, he states that liberty be granted to take all the pleas before the trial Court and in case any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, she may be allowed to challenge the same also.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
