The present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.37, dated 14.7.2011, under Sections 420, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Daresi, District Ludhiana, Annexure P1, and the police report filed under Section 173 Cr.P.C., Annexure P2.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for withdrawal of this petition on the plea that he would seek appropriate remedy by way of revision against the order framing charge against the petitioner by learned trial Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
