As per allegation of the prosecution 100 connections of Airtel were released on the basis of forged documents at the instance of Kishan Sharma. Kishan Sharma has been allowed the concession of bail vide order dated 21.3.2013, passed in Crl.M.No. M-3303 of 2013. The petitioner is stated to be employee of Kishan Sharma. He is stated to be in custody since 7.2.2013.
So, without commenting on the merits of the case, bail is granted to the petitioner – Sunil Kumar, to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
