The case of the petitioners is that they are major and have contracted marriage on 3.5.2013. The marriage certificate and the photographs evidencing marriage have been placed on the file. It is alleged that they apprehend danger from respondents No. 4 and 5.
Notice of motion to Advocate General, Punjab.
On the asking of the Court, Sh. K.D. Sachdeva, Additional
Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice.
Without commenting on the age of the petitioners and validity of the marriage, to seek redressal of their grievance,

petitioners may file a representation before the S.P., Nawanshahar, within seven days from today, who shall decide the same within one month from the date of filing the representation, keeping in view the threat perception to them.
However, it is made clear that in case any criminal case is pending against the petitioners, this order shall not debar the respondents to proceed with.
The petition stands disposed of.
