The other co-accused Atul Goswami, Karan Sharma and Gobind Yadav from whom the ransom money was recovered have been allowed the concession of bail. The allegation against the petitioner is that Atul Goswami made a dislcosure statement that petitioner was alongwith them.
The petitioner is in custody since 14.2.2013.
So, without commenting on the merits of the case, bail is
granted to the petitioner Akash Dutta to the satisfaction of the trial
Court.
