Petitioner allegedly entered into a conspiracy with Sukhwinder Singh and Jasbir Singh to kidnap Kamaljit Singh for ransom. He was allegedly kept in custody of the petitioner. The petitioner was required to keep an eye on Kamaljit Singh but he managed to escape. The petitioner is a lady. She is in custody for the last 7 months. She can be granted the concession of bail as the trial is likely to take a long time.
Without intending this order to be read as a precedent for the co-accused, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
