This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.87 dated 31.1.2013 registered under Sections 323/324/34 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later on) at Police Station City Rohtak.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This Court, while issuing notice of motion on 23.4.2013 directed that in the event of arrest, petitioner would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR.
On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel informs that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 23.4.2013 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Petition disposed of accordingly.
