This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.471 dated 28.12.2012 registered under Sections 399/402 IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Sadar Rohtak, District Rohtak, Haryana.
Heard.
There are serious allegations against the petitioner that he along with other co-accused was planning to commit robbery of goods' vehicles. There are also allegations that petitioner sold the weapons to other accused which were used by them in the present occurrence.
Keeping in view the serious allegations against the petitioner, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.
Dismissed.
