Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to register a case against respondents No. 4 to 6.
Learned counsel states that earlier also direction was given to the SSP and an inquiry was ordered by him and the DSP concerned had recommended legal action against respondents No. 4 to 6 but no action was taken. Thereafter the petitioner has made representation to respondent No.1 (Annexure P-8).
The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the said representation and take whatever action he deems necessary within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
