The Son of the petitioner and the respondent are present. The matter has been compromised and the same is taken on record as Mark A.
As per the same, the petitioner has agreed to vacate the premises in dispute on or before 7.5.2013 and has further agreed to pay an amount of Rs.6 lacs to the respondent. A sum of Rs.3 lacs having been paid vide draft No.413459 dated 6.4.2013 and remaining 3 lacs by way of cheque No.622447 dated 10.4.2014. It is further agreed that the petitioner will hand over the property in good condition and without causing any damage.
The petition is disposed of in the above terms and the
