Period of ten months seems to be sufficient enough to deter the petitioner to commit the similar offence of carrying Rexcof syrup and Parvon spas capsules. The petitioner is not involved in any other similar case.
Without expression of any opinion on merits, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court subject to an additional condition that if the petitioner is found involved in similar activity during the entire period of trial, at any time, it will be open to the prosecution agency to arrest him and seek cancellation of bail.
