This is a petition for the grant of anticipatory bail filed in complaint case bearing No. 404 of 2011 dated 20.01.2011 titled as Sadha Singh v. Jasmeen Chawla and others, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act pending in the Court of Additional Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kurtukshetra.
After arguing for some time learned counsel states that he does not press this petition on merits but prays that the petitioner will surrender before the trial Court and move an application for regular bail and a direction be issued to the trial Court to decide the same be decided expeditiously.

I find this to be a fair request.
In the circumstances the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court on 15.04.2013 and move an application for regular bail and the trial Court is directed to decide the same expeditiously but in any case on or before 18.04.2013.
Petition is dismissed.
