Majlish, the petitioner has brought this petition under the provisions of section 482 Cr.P.C. for directions to respondents no. 2 to 4 to take action against respondents no. 5 to 11 in furtherance of registration of FIR No. 613 dated 06.11.2012 at Police Station Nuh, District Mewat, for an offence punishable under sections 148, 323, 436, 452, 506 and 120-B read with section 149 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the dispute in this case is regarding land which is claimed by the petitioner to be in possession of persons on his side as Bhondedar. According to him, the other side also claims a similar right to the land. He has further submitted that the civil court has also decided the matter against the other party. He has referred me in this regard to Annexure P-2, a copy of judgment passed in appeal by learned Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Nuh, dated 25.02.2011, vide which the appeal of the plaintiff was dismissed. According to him, despite this, the other side had not only set their house on fire but had also beaten them and the police did not take any action against them. He has limited his prayer in this petition to a direction to the authorities to take into consideration the representation Annexure P-3 and to take appropriate action thereon.

In these circumstances, I dispose of this petition with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Nuh, District Mewat, respondent no.3 to carefully examine Annexure P-3 the representation of the petitioner, a copy of which would be presented before him by the petitioner and to take appropriate action thereon as per law.
