Learned Counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned authorities in terms of the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and instructions dated 18.8.2010 issued by the Home Department, Government of Punjab.
As prayed, dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case the petitioners approach the concerned authorities, the matter shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law.
