The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the order dated 20.3.2013 (Annexure P-5) whereby the application of the petitioner seeking permission to travel abroad from 26.3.2013 to 18.4.2013 has been dismissed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that stay of proceeding before the trial Court has been granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 5.4.2013.
In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition and states that the very purpose, for which he had to go abroad, stands elapsed, however, prays that in future as and when

such a requirement arises, he may be granted liberty to move application.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
