Instant petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 439 read with Section 167 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to them in case FIR No.409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 13 (1) (d) and 13 (2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Patiala.
In view of order of even date passed in CRM No.M-11604 of 2013 vide which the petitioners have been granted regular bail, the instant petition has become infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous.
