This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.325 dated 6.12.2012 registered under Sections 420/120-B IPC at Police Station Nakodar, District Jalandhar.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has already joined the investigation and parties have compromised the matter. Even the divorce has been granted and all the terms have been settled.

This Court on 3.4.2013 directed that in the event of arrest, petitioner would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR.

Learned State counsel, after seeking instructions from the Investigating Officer, informs that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.
