This is an application moved by the complainant for recalling the order passed by this Court on 26.3.2013.

On 12.4.2013, notice of the application was issued to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Today on the asking of the Court, Mr. Deepak Girhotra, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, also accepts notice on behalf of the State.

From the reading of order, it is apparent that on 26.3.2013 petitioner was granted interim relief. However, due to inadvertent typographical error, at the end of order it was mentioned as 'disposed of'.

Keeping in view that this is an inadvertent typographic error, application is allowed. Order dated 26.3.2013 be treated as an interim order instead of final disposal.

The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.81 dated 28.2.2013 registered under Sections 420/468/471/120-B IPC at Police Station Ellenabad, District Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Krishan Kumar, states that petitioner has already joined the investigation and the documents have already been recovered from him.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 26.3.2013 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Petition disposed of accordingly.
