The present appeal has been filed against judgment dated 28.09.2012 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kaithal vide which appellants were convicted for offences under Sections 148/323/325 IPC read with Section 149 IPC and however, they were ordered to be released on probation.
It has been stated by learned counsel appearing for the appellants
that he does not want to proceed further with this appeal.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
