The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.6 dated 21.01.2012 under Sections 436, 427 and 380 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station City Jalalabad.
It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage as police has already moved cancellation report in this case before learned Illaqa Magistrate.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
