Landlady is in revision aggrieved against the order dated 22.2.2012 passed by the learned Rent Controller, Jalandhar whereby provisional rent has been assessed @ Rs.1920/- per month payable w.e.f. August 2009 and further @ Rs.1970/- per month payable w.e.f. September 2009 for the demised shop.
The grievance in the instant revision is that it is on the lower side by ignoring the enhancement clause in the rent note/agreement.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the instant petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
