Petitioners (tenants) are in revision against the concurrent judgments passed by both the Authorities below whereby the petitioners (tenants) were ordered to be evicted vide judgment dated 29.05.2004 passed by the learned Rent Controller, Ludhiana on the basis of subletting and the findings thereof were affirmed by the learned Appellate Authority, Ludhiana vide judgment dated 26.10.2004.
The revision was admitted vide order dated 21.02.2006 with interim protection of stay of dispossession.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent (landlord) submits that the present revision has become infructuous in view of the petitioners (tenants) having handed over the vacant possession of the demised shop in view of the compromise between the parties. He has placed on record the affidavit dated 21.10.2013 of the respondent-landlord to that effect, which is taken on record.
In view of the aforesaid affidavit filed by the landlord, the present revision is disposed of as infructuous.
