The petitioners who were applicants before the learned Rent Controller, Chandigarh, in the eviction petition filed by Chander Bhan Bansal/landlord seeking eviction of the tenants/ respondents 2 and 3 by filing an application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC on the basis of being the owners of the demised premises, are in revision aggrieved against the order dated 16.5.2013 whereby their said application has been dismissed.
At the time of hearing learned counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the present revision petition.
Ordered accordingly.
