This is tenant's petition challenging the order of eviction dated 14.12.2011 of the Rent Controller, Panipat as well as judgment of the Appellate Authority dated 08.01.2013, whereby his appeal was also dismissed against the order of eviction.
Counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition
has been rendered infructuous as the respondent-landlord has already taken possession of the demised premises in execution of the impugned judgment and decrees.
