The petitioner has sought to set aside the order dated 22.1.2013 (Annexure P/6) passed by the trial court as well as the report dated 18.5.2012 (Annexure P/5) submitted by Tehsildar, Beri.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has concealed that he has one house. It is also well settled that only residential house which is exempted from attachment cannot be taken as means for payment of court fee.
No merits.
Dismissed.
