On the preceding date of hearing, learned State counsel on behalf of respondents stated that grievance of plaintiff-petitioner had since been redressed by the change of alignment of the water course in question. Counsel for the petitioner prayed for adjournment to respond to the same. Now having sought instructions, counsel for the petitioner has today stated that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by change of alignment of the water course in question.
Accordingly, as prayed for by counsel for the petitioner, the instant revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
