Counsel for the parties have stated at the bar that the parties have effected compromise, according to which petitioners shall pay to respondent no. 1 by deposit in executing court total amount of Rs 2,50,000/out of which amount of Rs 50,000/- shall be paid on or before 25.9.2013 and the balance amount of Rs 2 lacs on or before 5.12.2013 and on payment of the said total amount of Rs 2,50,000/-, the portion allotted to respondent no. 1 in the final decree of partition shall also vest with the petitioners who shall become absolute owners of the two houses in suit. It has also been agreed that in the event of default in the payment of either installment, the

revision petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed. It has also been agreed that if petitioners deposit the first installment of Rs 50,000/- but fail to deposit the balance amount of Rs 2 lacs, then the amount of Rs 50,000/shall stand forfeited to respondent no. 1 and the revision petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed.
