Mr.Hitesh Bansal, Auditor, appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 23.01.2013 in CWP No. 1375 of 2013 has been complied with as vide office order dated 20.02.2013, the petitioner has been given extension in service for a period of one year. The intervening period, after the petitioner retired on attaining the age of superannuation i.e. 58 years till he rejoined the service, has been directed to be treated as 'leave of the kind due'.
Considering the aforesaid development, the present petition is disposed of, however, with liberty to the petitioner to get the same revived in case still any part of the order has not been complied with.
