A direction was given to the Committee, constituted for the said purpose to take a decision pertaining to the petitioners within a period of three months.
Reply by way of affidavit has been filed. Vide Annexure R-3, the claim of the petitioner No.1 has been considered and declined. Petitioner No.3 has withdrawn his claim as per his affidavit. The claim of petitioner No.2 has been partly allowed as he would be given necessary service benefits on completion of 4 years of service from the date of regularisation.
Without prejudice to the rights of the petitioners to challenge the decision taken by the respondents, this petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
