The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the grievance that the direction issued to the respondents by this Court in C.W.P. No.11835 of 2012 on 02.07.2012 for deciding the representation made by the petitioner has not been complied with.
In response to the notice issued, reply by way of affidavit of Dr. Manish Kumar, IFS, Field Director, M.C. Zoological Park, Chhatbir, District Mohali, dated 11.02.2013 has been filed. Along with the same, order dated 03.10.2012 passed by the Field Director, M.C. Zoological Park, Chhatbir, Punjab on the representation of the petitioner has been annexed. It is also stated that the order dated 03.10.2012 sought to be served upon the petitioner in person but he refused. Thereafter, it was sent to the petitioner through registered post on 15.10.2012. Copy of the postal receipt has also been annexed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order was never served upon the petitioner, in fact it was sent to him by registered letter on 10.01.2013.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the communication sent to the petitioner in January 2013 is corrigendum to the earlier order passed.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering

the fact that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents by passing an order dated 03.10.2012, though the same has not been received by the petitioner earlier but it has now been received, no further action is required in the matter. Petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail his appropriate remedy against the order dated 03.10.2012 passed by the Field Director, M.C. Zoological Park, Chhatbir, Punjab, in accordance with law.
