The petitioner approached this Court with a grievance that the judgement dated 10.01.2012 of this Court in CWP No. 5915 of 2011 has not been complied with.
Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner was informed about the amount of water cess to be paid and the same has been paid. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the amount demanded by the Haryana State Pollution Control Board on account of water cess has already been paid, the Board may be directed to issue a 'No Dues Certificate' to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the requisite 'No Dues Certificate' shall be issued to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
Considering the aforesaid stand of learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of.
