The petitioner has approached this Court alleging violation of the directions issued on 22.3.2012 in CWP No. 4326 of 2012, for disposal of the representation made by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
Along with the reply, order dated 27.6.2012 has been annexed vide which the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of. For the delay unconditional and unqualified apology has been tendered.
In view of the order passed by the competent authority in terms of the directions issued by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of her appropriate remedy against the order dated 27.6.2012 in accordance with law.
Ordered accordingly.
