The claim of the petitioner for employment had been considered vide order dated August 26, 2013 and the relief has been denied on the ground that no land or residential house of the petitioner was acquired and that the petitioner has claimed employment on the plea that his structure has been acquired for which the compensation has been paid.
The order passed by this Court has been complied with. However, right of the petitioner to challenge the legality and propriety of the
