Vide order dated 22.1.2013, it was directed that the representation of the petitioner will be decided within a period of three months regarding her promotion as Head Mistress. As per the affidavit of the Principal Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of School Education, the petitioner has been promoted as Head Mistress w.e.f. 2.4.2013. the date from which her juniors had been promoted vide order date 30.8.2012.
A copy of the order has been appended as Annexure P1. Copy supplied to the counsel for the petitioner. No doubt, there has been a bit of delay in implementation of the order.
In view of above circumstance this petition deserves to be disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
