The respondents were directed to calculate the amount of pensionary benefits to be paid to the heirs of the deceased Ronki Ram and disburse the same.
A copy of the Office Order indicates that on 23.8.2013 a sum of Rs.7,18,772/- along with DCRG of Rs.7878/- stands paid to the petitioner. A copy of the order has been supplied to counsel for the petitioners.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to claim any other monetary relief, which remains to be released to them.
