This is an application under Order 23 Rule 1 CPC filed on behalf of the applicant/appellant stating therein that during the pendency of the appeal, the parties have amicably settled the dispute and that the respondent has deposited such amount that has been mutually agreed between the parties with the appellant/Corporation towards full and final settlement of the claim. Learned counsel for the respondent also states and agrees to the factual averments made in the application.
