This is an application seeking corrections in the order dated 10.1.2012 passed
by this Court in CWP No.9480 of 1996. The application is allowed. In paragraph 10 of
the judgment, the date mentioned as 13.5.1996 be read as 28.5.1996 and the date
of reinstatement mentioned as 30.6.1994 be read as 19.7.1994. Registry to carry out
the necessary corrections in the judgment dated 10.1.2012 passed in CWP No.9480
of 1996 and the order be re-issued accordingly.
