The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the payment of the petitioner for the project, which has been successfully completed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the legal notice dated 19.04.2010 (Annexure P-5) served by the petitioner upon the respondents and states that no decision has so far been taken thereon.

case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to take a decision on the legal notice in accordance with law by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. It is further directed that in case the amount is found to be payable, the same shall be released to the petitioner within next one month.
