The petitioner in the present petition has made a grievance that respondent No.2-Regional Passport Officer, Chandigarh, is not re-issuing the passport after its renewal. As per averments made in the petition the same is not being done as respondents No.3 and 4 are not submitting the enquiry report to respondent No.2.
