Counsel for the petitioner contends that the claim made by the petitioners in the present petition for grant of technical pay scale is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Civil Writ Petition No.5665 of 1991 titled as 'Ved Parkash and others Vs. State of Haryana and another' (Annexure P-4) decided on 11.05.2010. He contends that the petitioners have already approached the respondents for the grant of benefit but no decision thereon has been taken. He contends that one of the representations dated 14.09.2011 submitted by Pala Ram-petitioner No.3 has been appended as Annexure P-8, the other petitioners have also approached the respondents and filed similar representations but no decision has been taken thereon. Accordingly, he prays that, at this stage, petitioners would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 i.e. Secretary, PWD, Public Health Engineering Department and Engineer-in-Chief, Irrigation Department Haryana respectively to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners and pass a speaking order within some specified time.

Without going into the merits of the case or commenting thereon, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the

Secretary, PWD, Public Health Engineering Department-Respondent No.2 and Engineer-in-Chief, Irrigation Department Haryana-Respondent No.3 to consider the representation of petitioner No.3-Pala Ram (Annexure P- 8) dated 14.09.2011 and similar representations submitted by petitioner Nos.1 and 2 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order by this Hon'ble Court. The decision taken thereon be conveyed to the petitioners forthwith.
