The petitioner-Trust has sought directions and prays for issuance of a writ of mandamus to the respondents for release of electric connection of 50 KW for which an application had been filed by the petitioner on 04.03.2008 from the Town Feeder. It has been averred in the petition that various representations from Annexure P-3 to P-6 have been made to Sub Divisional Officer, but no decision has been taken thereon so far. It is, however, noticed that photo copies of the representations (Annexures P-3 to P-6) have been sent to other respondents.
After perusing the writ petition and hearing the learned
